Photo & Video Waiver/Release: By submitting this form, you hereby grant The Snowbird Company permission to reproduce, publish, circulate, copyright or otherwise use any and all photographs and/or video taken onsite at the 2020 Snowbird Fest(s).

Hold Harmless Agreement: In consideration of the permission granted to me by the Snowbird Company to use the Palms Conference Center, by submitting this form, I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Snowbird Company, its agents, servants and employees from any and all claims and causes of action that may arise from injury to me or third parties using the facilities at the Palms Conference Center who are injured or suffer property damage that is in any way caused by my use of the Palms Conference Center. This indemnity and hold harmless agreement is given to the Snowbird Company to protect its agents, servants and employees from cost of defense and claims for injuries and damages that may be caused either directly or indirectly by my use of the Palms Conference Center.
